Give your clients a clearer way to stay organised between updates.

MyMoveMate is a client-managed workspace for buyers and sellers in England. It helps them keep their tasks, contacts, notes and next steps in one place throughout their move, alongside the updates and guidance they receive from their estate agent and other professionals.

A useful extra resource for your clients

You may choose to introduce MyMoveMate to clients who want more structure around their move. It is designed to sit alongside your own updates rather than in the middle of them.

    • Clients have one place for their own tasks, notes, contacts and important dates.
    • Plain-English guidance explains common stages and terminology.
    • Clients can prepare questions before speaking to their estate agent, conveyancer, broker or surveyor.
    • The sample dashboard lets you see exactly what clients would receive.
    • The client manages their own account and their own information.
    • No CRM integration or technical setup is required. Approved pilot branches receive a private agent login for the Partner dashboard.

What's in it for your branch

We won't invent statistics for you - this pilot exists partly to find out what's genuinely measurable. But there are three honest reasons agents are interested:

    • Stand out at the valuation

Telling a prospective vendor or buyer 'we give every client a moving toolkit to keep their whole move organised' is a differentiator no other branch in your area is offering.

    • Fewer 'any update?' calls - that's the hypothesis

A client who can see where they are and what's next may ring less often to ask. We haven't measured this yet; the pilot is how we find out together.

    • Clients who feel in control reflect well on you

When the conveyancer goes quiet, an organised client is less likely to blame their agent - and more likely to leave a good review.

    And the practical bits

    • It gives clients an optional source of structure between professional updates.
    • It is inexpensive for the client and is not a recurring subscription.
    • You can inspect the fictional sample dashboard before deciding whether to discuss it.
    • It does not require integration with your agency's systems.
    • It preserves the client's control over their own information.

We make no claims about fall-through rates, transaction speed, call volumes, workload or conversion. Nothing like that has been measured, and the controlled pilot exists partly to work out what could be measured responsibly.

    How the controlled pilot works

    1. An approved branch is given access to a private Partner dashboard. Access is set up manually by us - there is no public agent sign-up.
    2. The branch creates a secure, single-use invitation link for one client.
    3. The client creates their own MyMoveMate account, or uses the account they already have.
    4. The client owns and controls their workspace.
    5. Accepting an invitation does not share any client information.
    6. The client may then optionally choose to share a short, self-reported readiness update.
    7. The branch sees only that agreed summary, plus any contact request the client sends.
    8. The client can stop sharing or disconnect from the branch at any time, and access stops immediately.

    What a branch cannot see

    • Account email addresses, unless the client gives them to you separately.
    • Notes.
    • Property shortlist.
    • Key contacts.
    • Documents.
    • Financial information.
    • Detailed activity or stage history.
    • Full account information.

    What it costs

MyMoveMate includes a 14-day free trial. A payment card is required to start it, and nothing is charged during the trial. If you continue after the trial, a single one-off payment of £49 covers your move. It is not a subscription and there is no recurring charge.

    The client pays MyMoveMate directly.

Participating branches are not charged for this pilot, and agencies receive no commission or share of the price.

Help us shape an estate-agent pilot

We are speaking with estate agents about a small early-stage pilot. The aim is to understand where MyMoveMate is most useful to clients, how agents would feel comfortable introducing it, and what a genuinely valuable partnership should include.

    A pilot could explore:

    • Whether clients find the workspace clear and useful.
    • Which stages generate the most uncertainty for clients.
    • How agents prefer to introduce an independent organisational resource.
    • What supporting material agents would need.
    • What clients and agents would want from a future partnership.
    • Which outcomes could be measured responsibly in a larger trial.

The precise pilot format would be agreed with participating agents.

    What we're asking from agents

    • Review the sample client dashboard.
    • Share feedback on the client journey.
    • Discuss where the resource might fit alongside your existing client communication.
    • Help identify sensible measures for a future pilot.
    • Consider whether a small client trial would be appropriate once its format is agreed.

This is an exploratory conversation, not a request to sign a long-term commercial agreement.

    Clear boundaries

    • MyMoveMate is controlled by the client.
    • Estate agents receive no automatic access to client accounts or data.
    • It does not replace an estate agent, conveyancer, broker, surveyor or solicitor.
    • It does not provide legal, financial or professional advice.
    • It is not currently an estate-agency CRM or transaction-management platform.
    • No client information is shared with an agent unless the client deliberately chooses to share it.
    • Readiness information is self-reported by the client. It is not identity, anti-money-laundering, compliance, legal or financial verification.
    • Contact requests are not a guaranteed response service, and we make no promise about response times.
